Cynthia Linville is a Sacramento native who has lived in London, New York, San Francisco, and outside of Washington DC but keeps coming back home to live in Sacramento. She has taught in the English Department at California State University, Sacramento for over ten years http://webpages.csus.edu/~sac16141/ and is active in the local poetry scene, hosting readings for The Crocker, The Vox, and The Sacramento Poetry Center, and reading her own work frequently. Cynthia served as Poetry Editor of Poetry Now from 2008-2010 and continues to serve as managing editor of Convergence: an online journal and poetry and art. A music aficionado with a theater background, she is usually out and about supporting the arts in midtown Sacramento and in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Thanks for your contributions! I'm undoing a couple of changes you made to the Templates/Non Profit page:

  • I had originally removed the parentheses around header information because I've found that a lot of people mistakenly leave those parentheses in when they use the template to create a new page.
  • The [[address(fill in address here)]] syntax creates a map link on the page using the organization's address. That's why it's there, so it definitely belongs in the template. —NicholasBarry
