Hello, I'm a 22-year old UNC graduate who lives in Fuquay, but I'm moving to South Korea in a few weeks. I've lived in the Triangle since I was 10 and I plan on living here for a long time. I follow the real estate market pretty closely for downtown Raleigh and Durham and I'm interested in helping make both cities into urban, chic, intellectual and cultural centers while maintaining the somewhat small town, southern, friendly atmosphere.
