Excellent food, good prices (though you can run up quite a bill if you buy everything that looks good), friendly service. It's all good, but pay close attention to the specials because some of them are sublime.
Contrary to popular belief, Ayse's is open for both lunch and dinner. The cafe does close for a couple hours in the afternoon between them, however.

Ayse's Cafe serves tradition Turkish home cooking. It feels like going home and having your own mother serve you a meal... if your mom was from Turkey. They use fresh, seasonal, local ingredients for their many dishes. The daily specials are constantly changing, so you never know what to expect on the menu. The only thing that stays the same is that Ayse's food will make you feel at home.
