The Blake Transit Center is a hub of the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority, located in downtown Ann Arbor. It is between Fourth Avenue and Fifth Avenue next to the parking lot at the corner of William and Fifth Avenue on the site of the Old YMCA, across from the Ann Arbor District Library, behind the Federal Building, and opposite the temporary Greyhound bus station.

Buses on most routes arrive just before the quarter hour (:48, :18) and generally leave at three minutes after the quarter hour; several routes arrive and depart just before the hour and half hour, generally departing at three minutes past (:03, :33). The frequency of buses on each routes varies by time of day or evening with increased service at peak times. specific schedules for routes can be viewed on AAATA's website, http://theride.org.
The "old" BTC was demolished on November 8, 2013 to make room for the "new" BTC which was officially opened to the public on July 7, 2014.

The Ann Arbor Transportation Authority, which received the grant, is planning to build the new facility on the same parcel of land at 331 S. Fourth Ave., replacing the current one-story, 2,000-square-foot building with a new two-story, 6,000-square-foot transit center that AATA official say will be a landmark building for downtown Ann Arbor.
