Broadway Cafe serves the best bi bim bap in town! If you sit and dine in the restaurant, the always friendly owner will bring you a generous bowl of rice with marinated cucumbers, spinach, and bean sprouts with your choice of either marinated beef (which is very high quality) or tofu with a soy sauce concoction. All this is topped off with a fried egg. On the side is a sweet, but very spicy bean sauce which melds wonderfully with the flavors of the vegetables, meat or tofu, and rice. You will also be served a side of kimchi and egg drop soup. You won't be disappointed!

In LA, korean fusion taco trucks are all the rage. Well wouldn't you know it, Broadway Cafe in Ann Arbor has been doing Korean hoagie fusion since the 80s.
