Charles A. Baird (1870– November 30, 1944) was the manager of the University of Michigan football team from 1893 to 1895 and the school's first athletic director from 1898 to 1909. In 1935, Baird donated the Charles Baird Carillon, the third heaviest carillon in the world, to the University of Michigan.
