The City of Ann Arbor is pleased to present our online Service Request System. Please use the map and forms below to submit service requests to the City.

"In early December, the City of Ann Arbor temporarily suspended its online request system. While the system served the city well for seven years, its platform was no longer supported by many web browsers and therefore could not provide the level of service residents of Ann Arbor deserve. The City is in the process of implementing a new online citizen request system in spring 2014. This new system will accept requests through smart phones as well as the city’s website. Thank you for your patience during the next several months as we make this transition.

To submit a city service request, please contact Customer Service at 734.794.6320 or by e-mail at [email protected]. Requests can be submitted for a variety of services, including pothole repairs, street light or sign and signal repair, park maintenance, graffiti removal, and sidewalk issues."
