Dama Godfrey Creal (b. Oct. 1, 1903; d. Sep. 22, 1997) is the wife of former mayor Cecil O. Creal and the grandmother of 15th Judicial District Court Judge Julie Creal. She was a graduate of the University of Michigan and president of the Michigan Child Study Association (1944-1946).
Her grandparents built the home that now held Washtenaw County Legal Aid at the corner of North Fourth Avenue and Kingsley Street, and owned the Godfrey Moving Company which is now part of Kerrytown.
