Eunice L. Burns (b. 1923) served as a Democrat on the Ann Arbor City Council, representing Ward 2 from April 1962 to April 1968. She also served on the Board of the Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority from July 1982 to August 1988. Her papers are at the Bentley Historical Library.
