The Grove Brewery and Bottling Company was located at or around 414 S. Grove Street in Ypsilanti from around 1866 until 1943. The brewery went through several name changes, including the following:
- 1866 - H. Lee, H. Lee & Co.
- 1870 - Adam Foerster & Brothers
- 1875 - L.Z. Foerster & Co. Grove Brewery
- 1884 - Louis Z. Foerster
- 1893 - L.Z. Foerster Brewing Co.
- 1914 - Hoch Brewing Co.
- (1916 - 1933 - Closed due to prohibition.)
- 1933 - Liberty Brewing Co.
- 1934 - Ypsilanti Brewing Co., Christian Vogt's Ypsilanti Brewing Co.
- 1941 - Dawes Brewing Co.
- 1943 - closed.
According to an 1895 map of the City, the brewery's site is now underneath the Visteon Plant, on the west side of South Grove, immediately across from the southern tip of the triangle where Grove and Prospect Road meet. The bottling works was within that triangle, somewhat north of the southern tip.
