Baker Julie Rabinovitz has Celiac disease, an auto-immune disease in which one cannot eat gluten, i.e. barley, rye, wheat, spelt, and malt. Therefore her products -- which include scones, brownies, cookies, tarts, and granola bars, among others -- are all Gluten-free. Tasty Bakery is at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market most Wednesdays and Saturdays.
