The Washtenaw County Courthouse is located at the historic center of downtown Ann Arbor, on the block surrounded by Huron, Ann, Main and Fourth Avenues. It houses courtrooms and judicial offices.

The building was built in the 1950s on the lawn of the Old Courthouse; a plaque in front of the site describes how records were moved from the old building to the new one, before the old one was torn down to build parking.
