Built with this name in 1926 at Fourth Avenue at Washington Street and designed by architect Ralph S. Gerganoff, the Ypsi-Ann was later known as the Wolverine Building and is now known as the Washington Square Building.
Drawings of the building are in the Z. T. Gerganoff architectural firm records, held at the Bentley Historical Library.
