Butte College Athletics — the John Cowan Sports Complex Butte College is home to many sports teams, providing opportunities for students to excel in sports and academics. Roadrunners (students) can participate in baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, softball, track and field, and volleyball. As recent as 2006, Butte's Baseball team won the Golden Valley Conference Championship.

2009-04-30 09:34:18   Butte College has a decent program trying to ensure athletes succeed in classes. Unfortunately I notice a lot of them not taking the program seriously and trying to manipulate instructors into letting them off easy for irresponsibility. I guess this problem won't ever be solved until being smart is the latest fad. —RyanMikulovsky
