Where exactly East Chico begins and Central Chico ends is difficult to say. A good place to draw the line would be somewhere in the vicinity of Forest Avenue, meaning that anything east of there or Bruce Road would certainly be considered East Chico. This, along with South Chico are the newest parts of town with most of the development happening within the last 20 years.
