When visiting Chico it is important to find a nice place to stay while in town. Chico offers a wide selection of both inexpensive motels and classy hotels (and everything in between) for your convenience. There is almost always a room to be had in town, except during graduation weekend at Chico State, so if you plan to be visiting then, making reservations far in advance (emphasis on far) would be advised. Also if attending during grad weekend, prices will skyrocket at times close to 200%. If the prices in Chico seem to be out of your price range, check out close by cities such as Corning and Oroville.
