Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop is a chain of franchised restaurants. They serve a wide variety of specialty sandwiches. The company is easily identified by the employee in a giant pickle suit who can be seen dancing and trying to encourage customers to check out the restaurant.
On December 1, 2009, the downtown location was gutted by fire that may have begun in Tres Hombres' kitchen at an initial loss of $600,000. It will be closed until further notice.
