Ricardo's is a Mexican restaurant located on Esplanade in North Chico. They have all homemade food right down to the salsas which are slow simmered for hours. A local favorite is the special tostada, which is topped Ricardo's own garlic sauce. They offer many vegetarian options including vegetarian beans and chips.
