There are many student organizations at UNT who give opportunities to volunteer. Feminist Majority Leadership Alliance hosts the Vagina Monologues every year, which raises money for many charities, including local crisis centers. Glad and FMLA, along with UPC and occassional other organizations, host a showing of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, annually, around Halloween, in order to raise money for Health Services of North Texas, an HIV/AIDS support organization.
