Founded in 1978. Focuses on the Islandview Village neighborhood. Outreach of the Episcopal Church of the Messiah. Original focus was larger apartment building stabilization along East Grand Boulevard. Later shifted to rehabilitating smaller buildings as well.

Worked on the Lower Eastside Action Plan.
