The David Stott Building is an Art Deco skyscraper in downtown Detroit, Michigan designed by the architectural firm of Donaldson and Meier. It is a class-A office building constructed in 1929 at the corner of Griswold Street and State Street (1150 Griswold St.), a part of the Capitol Park Historic District.

Skybar Detroit is located on the 33d floor.

In September 2013, the building was put up for auction by the owners, an investor group led by Emre Uralli of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The Dongdu International Group (DDI Group) of Shanghai was the winning bidder.
