A nonprofit with a name suspiciously close to Wayne County HealthChoice, the official low-cost insurance program run by Wayne County. The group was started by two County employees, Assistant Executive Michael Grundy and accountant Sharon Mattic. Grundy also ran Wayne County HealthChoice.
