Two buildings next to Michigan Central Station, 2230 and 2236 14th st. Part art project and part community building, the project's  goal is to "construct a creative campus in Detroit built on community, technology, sustainability and the arts." The project aims to add space for technologists in residence, a media center, gallery, and public space. Founded in 2010 (?).
