1520 Woodward. 40,000 square feet, built in 1917. Owned by the Downtown Development Authority since 2006 (bought before the Super Bowl as part of redevelopment/beautification efforts)

In September 2011, Dan Gilbert was expected to buy the building and the neighboring Arts League of Michigan building for $337,500 each from the DDA.
