Opened in Fall 2008, the Mercury Coffee Bar was a partnership between Zingerman's Deli managing partner Todd Wickstrom and Slow's BarBQ restauranteur Phillip Cooley. It closed February 9, 2009, after only four months of operation.

You can still see the storefront at 2163 Michigan Ave, right up the street from Michigan Central Station. Their La Marzocco G5 espresso machine now lives at Ann Arbor's Roos Roast.
