Odis Jones was named executive director of Detroit's Public Lighting Authority in June 2013 and resigned in February 2016. He's a graduate of Osborn High School. Before coming back to Detroit, he was Director of Economic Development at the City of Cincinnati and also worked at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority. He has an MPA from Western Michigan and a BS from Central Michigan
