A beer garden in West Village. Open Sundays from noon until 9pm from September 25 to October 23 2011. At 1416 Van Dyke between Agnes and Coe. Seating for up to 350. Opened by Suzanne Vier. Vier expects to invest the proceeds into re-opening in 2012. Profits are going towards a permanent structure. Volunteers work the venue.

2011 vendors: People's Pierogi, Corridor Sausage and Porktown Sausage.

The land is borwoed from Eastside LAND, a subsidiary of the nonprofit Warren/Conner Development Coalition. Liquor license and insurance are provided by The Villages Community Development Corp..
