MISS DAMIANO RITES FRIDAY

Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday in St. Bernard's Church for Miss Angelina H. Damiano, who died at 9:30 yesterday morning at Ray Brook State Hospital where she had been a patient for the last two weeks.

Her body reposes at the Keough Memorial Chapel where a Rosary service will be held at 8 o'clock tomorrow night. Burial will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery.

Miss Damiano was born on March 7, 1898, in Brooklyn, the daughter of Salvatore and Agnatia Anello Damiano. She was graduated from Cooper Union in Fine Arts and Decorative Design and took advanced studies at the New York Textile High School in weaving and design. She was an interior decorator in Brooklyn for 18 years prior to coming to Saranac Lake for her health.

From 1940 to 1945 Miss Damiano was a therapist at Ray Brook State Hospital. In 1945 she joined the staff at the Saranac Lake Rehabilitation Guild as leathercraft instructor, leaving that post in 1954 to return to New York City.

Miss Damiano returned to Saranac Lake for a short vacation two weeks ago when she was taken ill with a heart ailment.

Survivors include her mother.
