Mrs. Kennedy Dies, Pine Ridge Burial
Mrs. Isabella Compton Kennedy, Schenactady, the wife of the late Alexander George Kennedy, who passed away in 1930, died yesterday in Oneonta.
She was born Dec. 16, 1868, at Prince Edward Island, Canada, the daughter of Hubert G. Compton and Mary Pope Thomas.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. James C. Cooper, Schenectady, Mrs. Duncan Briggs, Oneonta, Mrs. Frank W. Peters, Rancho Santa Fe, California, and one son, Lloyd Kennedy of Oneonta. There is also one sister, Miss Eleanor R. Compton, Farmington, Maine.
Services will be held Monday at 9:30 at the Bookhoot Funeral Horme, Morris, with the Rev. Carl Truesdale, Zion Episcopal Church, officiating. Interment will be Monday in the family plot at Pine Ridge Cemetery. A service will be held there at 4 p.m. with the Rev. Butt officiating. Arrangements are under the Keough Memorial Chapel.
