MRS. SELKIRK, LONG ILL, DIES

Mrs. Nettie A. Selkirk died this morning at her home in Gabriels after a lingering illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday from the Currier Funeral Chapel. Rev. Jesse Corum will officiate. Burial will be in the Brighton Cemetery. The body will repose at Currier's until time of services.

Mrs. Selkirk was born on October 13, 1872 in Duane, the daughter of James and Sarah Hall Foote. A retired school teacher, she had lived in that area all of her life. She had taught in rural schools in McColloms, Duane, Vermontville and Kimpton.

Survivors are a brother, Edward Foote, of Ilion, a nephew, Aquilla Foote, of Frankfurt, and two foster daughters, Mrs. Ida Crate and Mass Hazel Martin, of Gabriels.
