Robert J. Pratt, of 9 Front St., died Friday at the age of 41.
Mr. Pratt was a veteran of World War II with service with the U. S. Navy in the European Theater of Operations and a recipient of the Presidential Citation. He was a waiter.
He was born in Saranac Lake on Oct. 12, 1925, a son of Robert and Helen Baker Pratt.
Survivors are his wife, Grace, his mother, now Mrs. Kenneth Seymour of Saranac Lake; a sister, Mrs. Conrad LaLonde of Conifer; a brother, Clarence of Saranac Lake; a step-sister Mrs. Jacqueline McClatchie; a step-brother, Kenneth Seymour of Saranac Lake; and an aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Pratt.
A Civil Service Employees Association service was held at the Keough and Son Memorial Chapel Sunday evening. The funeral service was at 3 o'clock this afternoon at the funeral home. The Rev. Daniel Partridge, pastor of the Methodist Church, officiated. Burial was in Pine Ridge Cemetery.
