Apartment Name ... Owned by MJM Investments. Offsite Superintendents Norah & Piero who pretend to own the property. Owner purchased in 1985. In 2010 it became MJM investments. Property kind of maintained outside. But inside is a different story. Windows always have condensation, black mold throughout building, takes forever to fix anything (and are hassled for reporting it). Then is only a bandaid fix. Piero discriminates and berates women. But pretends to be nice at first. Beware, is an unhealthy, and toxic building. Tenants are fabulous though. Approx $1200/month as of Jan 2019
