The Iron Rabbit is locally owned by Christian Skillings.  He, along with the rest of his staff, focus on making each and every customer feel more as a guest rather than service. The Iron Rabbit opened in Olympia in 2005. For eight solid years, this team has been doing their part in being sustainable.
