Arthur Finn Bowen was Bursar and then Treasurer of North Carolina State College from the 1930's until he passed away in 1942. Bowen Dormitory on the NCSU campus is named for him. A. F. Bowen and his wife had 6 daughters, the eldest being Isabelle Worth Bowen who married Dr. Edgar Henderson on June 18, 1932
