Brentwood is a neighborhood in Raleigh that was developed from 1959 to 1972 by Adamsbuilt. It consists of single-family detached homes except along New Hope Church from Brinkley Dr. to Atlantic Ave. which are duplexes. There are three major design choices: ranch, split-level or split-foyer.
