(1913; 1928-1930) - SW corner of Fayetteville & Hargett streets
John W. Hudson; Harrison Aubrey Underwood
This early 20th-century skyscraper began as a three-story building, then was expanded to an 11-story one. It combined modern technology (structural steel) with older building form (classical entablature). The building shares a party wall at the lower levels, and stands free above that. The ground floor is unfortunately modified.
