An ophthalmology practice in North Raleigh founded in 1983 by R. Frank Lowry, Jr., MD, who received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Initially a refractive and comprehensive ophthalmology practice, Lowry Porter Ophthalmology expanded to include advanced corneal surgery with the addition of Isaac W. Porter, MD in 2010.
