The dominant features of this late modern, 21-story building are the battered (inward sloping) piers that form an unbroken line from street to the entablature of windows at the top. Between the piers is a grid of undifferentiated glass and opaque panels. The lack of windows at street level blocks views into the building, while the canopy blocks the view up.
