The Triangle Gooners had been dormant for years, they’d existed quietly and were rarely ever seen. Despite the existence of a solid Arsenal fan base in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, North Carolina area there was very little organization or leadership. In the fall of 2012 a small group of like minded individuals decided to take the Bull City and surrounding areas by the horns and begin stocking the local Armoury with Arsenal supporters. With members from all parts of the country and globe personal Arsenal experiences are varied but we all bleed the Red & White. The Triangle Gooners are an ambitious Supporters Club that hopes to be one of the premier groups in the country, creating an environment that could only be rivaled by the Emirates itself. We have dedicated supporters that come from as far a Greensboro and Benson, NC just to chant and cheer with their fellow Gooners at our home pub. When ever in the Eastern Carolina area please join us in supporting the greatest team the world has ever seen. RDU is AFC.

If you have not realized it already, there are Gooners EVERYWHERE in the North Carolina Triangle region. Events:
The Triangle Gooners gather for Arsenal matches, happy hours, and philanthropy causes. They are also in the process of forming their own club soccer team.

As of September 2013, the Triangle Gooners have launched both a blog and podcast. The blog provides match previews & reviews, op/ed pieces and updates on general happenings with the club & Arsenal. The podcast is a show that covers not just Arsenal, but the US National Teams, UEFA Champions League, MLS, NASL and the local Carolina RailHawks Football Club.
