Pinnacle Automotive Service is family owned and operated, our business consists of 3 brothers, Kevin, Chris and Chase, our Mom, Darnell and our sister Katie.  In addition, our staff includes ASE Certified Technicians, including L1 Master Technician, a Parts Specialist, Service Advisor and years of experience in the automotive repair business.  We are committed to providing quality, honest and competent repairs to the people of the Triangle.  We work everyday to compel our customers to speak positively about us to others and to enjoy referring their family, friends and co-workers to Pinnacle Automotive Service with confidence.

Our History: Since the days of our Matchbox cars when we were small, for my brothers and I, it was always our dream to open our own automotive repair shop.  After working many years for local dealerships and independent shops in the area we took the plunge and stepped out on our own with not much more than our enthusiasm and experience.  We sincerely believed that with our combined experience and a lot of hard work that we could open a repair shop with integrity and honesty and succeed.  It is our firm belief that we can operate Pinnacle Automotive Service with honesty and integrity while still providing great customer service at a fair price.  Pinnacle Automotive Service opened its doors in a small 2 bay shop  at 1200 Capital Boulevard in Raleigh in August of 2006.  After just 6 months there we relocated to North Raleigh just off Spring Forest Road to a  5 bay shop where our business grew.  In the fall of 2008 we added Pinnacle Towing Service to our expanding list of services.  Change came again in November 2009 when we relocated once again to our present location and our permanent home at 4808 Hargrove Road ,in North Raleigh where we have 9 service bays and an alignment bay.  Our towing service offers 24 hour towing and roadside assistance and parking management services to multi-unit residential and commercial properties.
