Newly re-named, VITA Academy, the Vocal and Instrumental Teaching Artists Academy, builds on a successful six-year history as the Academy at All Hallows. V I. T. A. is dedicated to innovatively engaging communities and audiences through classical music performances throughout the greater Sacramento Region, and training a new generation of performer-educators to do so.

The Academy partners with area schools to offer after-school violin and choral programs.  Together with Carnegie Hall and the Sacramento Philharmonic, VITA is bringing the Link UP! concert-based general music curriculum to thousands of Sacramento-area schoolchildren.

VITA Academy's Orchestra and Chorus are made up of emerging professional musicians — recent graduates and top university music students — who are mentored by and perform along-side seasoned professionals in numerous concert events throughout the year.
