This is a great Cajun restaurant at the northwest intersection of Redlands Rd and loop 1604. Their fish dishes are usually superb, and they have crawfish, too. Their lunch menu is excellent and much less expensive than the dinner menu. They appear to have a full bar though, honestly, I haven't really used it much. Many times during the evening, they'll have live music: someone playing soft jazz or singing in the background (i.e., it's not too loud to enjoy).
