Blooms Creek is a stream that flows into East Waddell Creek in Big Basin Redwoods State Park. On some maps it is referred to as Bloom Creek.
Blooms Creek Campgound is referred to on some maps as Bloom Creek Campground.
Blooms Creek Trail is referred to on some maps as Bloom Creek Trail.
History
The creek is named after Irvin T. Bloom, who made a claim on the creek in 1897.
Businesses
Between 1901 and 1905 Bloom built near the creek a store, saw mill, warehose, blacksmith shop, and cabin, which were destroyed by a fire in 1905.
