This is an annual 3-day festival during the Labor Day weekend. It is known for the Nautical Parade of floats (boats and barges) covered with begonias, going up and down Soquel Creek in Capitola Village.

There is a very limited number of parking available at the festival site, but you are encouraged to use the free shuttle service that runs from the many nearby parking areas to the festival site Free Shuttle Service map
