After the original Ciao Bella closed, a former server helped open Ciao Bella Act II. Ciao Bella was known for its wild entertainment, featuring singing employees and a nightly themed variety show for diners.
The restaurant added an espresso bar, and served American dishes at breakfast and lunch, Many of the original singing and dancing servers were back at work for the evening shows, and Italian food was served for dinner.
