The Fourth District of the Santa Cruz County Board Of Supervisors includes most of the City of Watsonville and a large portion of the unincorporated area of South Santa Cruz County. It is bound to the south by the Pajaro River and the Monterey County line, to the east by the Santa Cruz Mountains which intersect with the San Benito County and Santa Clara County lines, and to the west by Highway 1.
