Jeremy Zumaran has been creating art in one form or another since Childhood. He has a multifaceted musical background having performed as former ROBED IN EXILE & NEGATIVEHEAD/OMEGA COMPLEX vocalist and founder as well as a Multi-instrumentalist solo artist. Besides these two projects, Jeremy has done session work, Performed with World Renowned Looping innovator, Rick Walker in "THE 1st SANTA CRUZ FESTIVAL OF VOICE + ELECTRONICA" & and an Industrial/ beatbox/ butoh improv show, just to name a few.

He also creates music under three monikers, "Black Light Generator" & "Sinaptik" and a joint project with his wife called "iamthevoid". In all projects he writes and performs all music and vocals, except with "iamthevoid" in which he shares some vocal duties with his wife. Black Light Generator is a mix of electronic & industrial to mellow & psychedelic music. Sinaptik is harsh and aggressive black metal. Mr. Zumaran is on an endless task to challenge himself as well as the listener. These musical incantations are vessels that transport the listener out of their comfort zone and into his world of chaos, catharsis and self-liberation. He has said that through his music, he strives to "Paint an audio portrait of death, reflection and rebirth... The cycle in which we all grow through pain and strife to become fully realized and a stronger form of our former self" and would like to "leave a beautiful scar on the face of the planet through the cathartic rituals ofmusic and art".

Jeremy Zumaran creates art in both the audio and visual forms. He is known to use different mediums such as acrylics, stippling & skulls to name a few. His art portrays dark themes, extraterrestrial life and occult symbolism within a dense alien landscape. His art has been featured on the cover of Expressions Journal with features in other publications pending.
