Kiva has a no-photography policy, so please refrain from taking or posting photos of the inside of the facility.

Kiva Retreat house is a clothing-optional (read: nude) community sauna and hot tub facility. The facility includes men's and women's locker rooms with showers, two community hot tubs, community sauna, cold-plunge tub, heated gazebo, and massage tables in a beautiful garden setting, and a fireplace room for relaxing indoors. They also serve all sorts of free teas and hot water to aid in relaxation. There are  open air private tubs with steam showers available for rental.

The Kiva has strong rules of conduct while using the facility, and people who breach the rules of etiquette can be banned. They adhere to a strictly non-sexual code of conduct.
