Peachwoods was located within the Inn at Pasatiempo motel.
When the restaurant closed, owner David Smith said this on the restaurant's Facebook page: "Many of you are wondering why we decided to close the restaurant. Certainly, the economy has challenged everyone in the restaurant and wedding industries. We were no exception but that wasn’t the reason. And many of you knew I had a few rough years medically and probably should have spent more time recovering and getting truly healthy. That wasn’t the reason although it’s a good one. It seemed like the right time to retire…or semi-retire. Get healthy and figure out what is the next chapter of my life."
