Redwood Creek
Redwood Creek is the major water feature flowing out of ["Pogonip"} and into the San Lorenzo River. It originates from a spring just above the Spring Trail by the old concrete animal trough and also from the Spring Box Trail by the concrete boxes. From there, it connects below the Fern Trail and flows by the railroad tracks and Highway 9 before emptying into the San Lorenzo River.
Origins
The creek seeps from the nearby UCSC hillside and begins flowing in narrow rivulets that cascade down a steep slope.
